The White Tea is known as one of the six main varieties of Chinese Tea. It is produced mainly in Fujian and Taiwan region and has been around as early as Beisong Dynasty (960 AD – 1127 AD). Its elegant, needle-like shape brings tea drinkers a smooth and slightly sweet taste which gets even better over the years. The Tea’s name comes from the silver white color of the leaves. It’s known for numerous health benefits such as high blood pressure prevention, tooth pain relief and fever treatment.
